The open living area showcases high-vaulted ceilings from which a chandelier cascades down gracefully. The dining room comfortably seats 6 guests, and comes with a fully-functional kitchen fitted out with an island for serving, which also doubles as a bar counter.

The spacious living area opens out to the sun-soaked private pool deck with patio furniture, perfect for relaxing with a chilled cocktail in hand, while taking in the serene pool views. A relaxing, vast outdoor swimming pool runs along all the villas in the complex, adorned with a dreamy, floating cabana, miniature gardens and Buddhist sculptures along its periphery – which collectively lend a profoundly idyllic ambience.

Guests are in for a good night’s sleep with all 3 minimal, restful bedrooms outfitted with ensuite bathrooms, as well as private access to outdoor spaces – two with access to the roof terrace on the first level, and one with access to the poolside deck and swimming pool on the ground level. Cancellation

In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

a. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
b. Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
c. Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund to the customer

Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

Security deposit of Rs 20,000 will be collected at the time of booking and refunded 72 hours after check out.
