The living room is prepped with well designed lights, furniture, a large dining table comfortable for 8 adults. Sofas, single seaters, a TV with enough ventilation for you to cool off on hot summery days!

Sangolda is located away from touristy and packed Goa to enable you a peaceful serene experience ! The villa has one room on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom and 3 rooms on the 1st floor. 2 of these rooms have inter connected balconies. There is a separate powder room on the ground floor too! The terrace deck has stunning views of lush greenery.

The living, dining and kitchen are on the ground floor. You can use the large dining table with our mood cutlery to enjoy your meals! We also have a bar set up for you with enough wine glasses, beer mugs and the like. We do not have an elevator at the villa.

– The villa has 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st.
– Vintage queen sized beds in all rooms. 2 extra roller floor mattresses on request.
– Each private bedroom comes with a split air conditioner, ensuite bathroom, ample closet and storage space, bedside tables, and lofty windows to let in fresh air!
– Comfortable mattresses with fresh linen and pillows

ENSUITE BATHROOMS
– The villa has 4 contemporary ensuite bathrooms
– All bathrooms feature modern sleek fittings, elegant stone vanity countertops and ornate sconces
– Geysers provided for 24X7 hot water supply

LIVING & DINING AREA
– The spacious and sumptuous drawing area includes seating arrangements for 8-10 people. This also includes a chic dining table setup, which comfortably seats up to 8 people.

– Cooking is permitted, but additional charges will be levied for cleaning

Cancellation

In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

a. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
b. Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
c. Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund to the customer

Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

Security deposit of Rs 20,000 will be collected at the time of booking and refunded 72 hours after check out.
