The space
The pool is 4 feet deep and the villa has parking space for over 5 cars. The 7 Bedroom villa has 3 bedrooms downstairs and 4 upstairs with an extra family bedroom with sofas and chilling space for a perfect get-together.

The resort has two bungalows which are twins or replicas of each other which has a living area with an attached balcony, a family sit-out area with four rooms each.

In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we were honored to have opted to create an allergen-free environment. The outdoor furniture and area are just as spectacular, with a large deck offering both a lounge and dining area. The sunny backyard of the property features luxurious amenities with a refreshing wind environment which is perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine along with free Wifi (Jio Dongle).

The villa is also equipped with a swimming pool that also offers children activities for an enjoyable time for your children as well and other indoor and outdoor games are also available for a fun stay.

The staff includes two people who will be at your service the entire time. The food can be ordered from the nearby restaurant, where you can either visit the restaurant or ask the staff to order it for you and bring it which will cost Rs 1000 per person per day.
Other things to note
It is to be noted that only vegetarian food is allowed on the premises and if you wish to use the kitchen it will be at Rs 5000 a day. Also, a government ID is necessary to be shown at the time of check-in. If you wih=sh to bring a pet, kindly give the notice prior to your stay.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

a. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
b. Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
c. Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund to the customer

Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

Security deposit of Rs 20,000 will be collected at the time of booking and refunded 72 hours after check out.
