This luxury, artsy container home is an impressive self-build abode, integrated into the property’s verdant surroundings – with the aim of making the most of its stunning panoramic views, while minimising the impact of its carbon footprint on the region – and consequently enhancing its environmental efficiency!

Secluded yet superbly located with spectacular natural scenic vistas, this bespoke, vivid 5-bedroom farmstay-retreat is a peaceful premise, discreetly tucked away in the pristine, flourishing hinterland, on the banks of Pavana River near the popular village of Kamshet, and situated at a distance of around 45 km from Pune.

A large outdoor infinity swimming pool overlooking the majestic, picture-perfect backdrop of thriving, green fields, winding and gushing Pavana River, and lofty hills; manicured landscaping with tropical gardening; a massive meditation and yoga pavilion located right on the banks of the river – are some of the many highlights that collectively make this a perfect getaway for those who relish their time in the outdoors.

With plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces, it is designed to celebrate the effervescence of countryside living, with a wide variety of activities! This includes the home’s 5 private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as an extra washroom, open-plan living and dining areas, kitchen, infinity outdoor swimming pool and deck, and meditation and yoga pavilion. This also includes direct access to Pavana River, as well as distinct walking trails through or around the neighbouring village.
Other things to note
It is serviced by an in-house chef that can cook local simple meals for you at ₹5,000 per night, or you could also access a more seasoned chef for ₹7,000 per night.
