Past the entrance to the lush front yard, the tranquil villa greets you with a magical indoor pond, adorned with prolific plants and creepers cascading down a louvred periphery, and which also extends towards the inside across the foyer. The staggering open-plan living and dining area showcases a large U-shaped couch with oversized armchairs to collectively seat 10, as well as a 10-seater dining table, island for serving which can double as a bar area, and separate TV room with an L-shape couch, 55” smart LED TV and cutting-edge sound system. A state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully stocked, just waiting for a gourmand to try their hand at the local cuisine.

All five bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms, but the master bedroom is the largest of them all – boasting a king-size canopy bed and eye-catching walk-in wardrobe with twin dressing areas. The bedroom is enveloped with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open out to a large roof terrace, teeming with lofty plants in oversized planters, housing expansive patio furniture. Other stylistic accents include a smart LED television that emerges from the console at the push of a button, and a glorious freestanding bathtub, twin vanities and enclosed shower cubicle in the bathroom. Four out of five of the bedrooms have access to outdoor spaces – three with access to the wraparound terrace on the first level, and one with access to the garden leading to the swimming pool and patio, on the ground level.

Hidden behind tall green hedges, the sun-soaked back patio, swimming pool and garden let you enjoy the glorious weather in total seclusion, perfect for relaxing with a chilled cocktail in hand, while taking in the lush green views. Complete with loungers, patio furniture, and alfresco dining area, this sociable space keeps the whole family together.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

a. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
b. Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
c. Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund to the customer

Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

Security deposit of Rs 20,000 will be collected at the time of booking and refunded 72 hours after check out.
