The space
* The beach is a 3min drive or a 5-7 minute walk from the Villa*

There is a power backup as we have a generator. So don’t worry!!

THE 4BHK VILLA BREAKUP :
* Bedroom 1 – has an Ensuite double bed (Master bedroom with an attached balcony)
* Bedroom 2 – has an Ensuite double bed
* Bedroom 3 – has an Ensuite double bed
* Bedroom 4 – has a double bed with a common Bathroom

We can easily accommodate 12 PEOPLE as we have a huge living room and can arrange for floor mattresses.

*We do not allow PETS.

FOOD AND MORE :
We have a couple that lives in the outhouse. They make some lovely Vegetarian and Non- Vegetarian local food. Try their mouth-watering fish and chicken dishes with some hot bhakri (Flat Bread).

Talking about food costing you can assume around :-
1) Veg meals ( lunch + Dinner + breakfast) – Rs 750 to 800/-
2) Non veg meals ( lunch + Dinner + breakfast) – Rs 900 to 1000/-
Barbeque as per order can be arranged.

LIVE MUSIC
We can also arrange for Live music – Unplugged if you want
With Guitarist or Singer – Rs 5000/- for 2 hrs.
Guest access
The entire villa and surrounding areas – this includes the private large Pool, Machan, Backyard where you can enjoy Barbeques and Bonfires.
Other things to note
We have tied up with one speedboat ? pick up and drop from Gateway of India VT to Mandava Jetty to The Villa.

House Rules

Cancellation

In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

a. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
b. Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – refund to the customer
c. Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund to the customer

Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

Security deposit of Rs 20,000 will be collected at the time of booking and refunded 72 hours after check out.
